Aigerim is a Manager in Prague with 5 years of experience in consulting, analytics, sales, and marketing. Aigerim has supported financial sponsors, payments processors, and PSPs on M&A, market research, strategy development, and implementation. 

Aigerim’s project experience includes market landscape research and commercial due diligence for financial sponsors in Europe, MEA and APAC, as well as strategy support and analysis for a variety of European payments and fintech players. Aigerim specializes in B2B payment areas, and has extensive experience within the topics of Baking-as-a-Service and Payments-as-a-Service. 

Prior to joining Flagship, Aigerim was a Commercial Excellence Analyst in Honeywell International’s leadership training program, where she held various rotations in sales, strategic marketing, commercial finance, customer and product support, and supply chain management.  

 

Aigerim began her career as a Strategic Planning and Insights Analyst at BAT, where she managed and developed consumer research, market insights, commercial strategy, sales reporting, and budgeting. 

 

Aigerim received a B.A. in International Economic Relations (with Honors) from the University of New York in Prague.
