She supports clients with market assessments, commercial due diligence, and growth strategy projects, leveraging expertise in payment acceptance, embedded finance, and software-driven financial services.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Flagship Advisory Partners full-time, Melissa completed an internship with the firm, gaining exposure to market research, financial analysis, and the development of client-ready deliverables across strategy and M&A engagements. She previously worked as a Credit Analyst Trainee in the Lending Department at the Nordic Investment Bank, where she conducted credit risk pre-screenings for new and existing counterparties, analyzed financial statements under multiple accounting standards, and supported senior analysts in credit assessments and loan processes.
