Rom's pre-MBA career includes practical banking and front-office execution experience working for JPMorgan Chase's Global Investment Bank as an Analyst supporting its Debt Capital Markets and M&A Advisory teams.

Lesser-Known Facts
When not at work, Rom can often be found in ice hockey rinks where he is still an active player and coach. In his prime (many years ago), Rom played in over 100 games at Drexel University, and today, he coaches Arundel High School’s ice hockey program. As a coach, Rom enjoys giving back to the sport that helped develop him into the professional (and person) he is today.
