Salvatore is an Consultant based in Annapolis, and supports payment, fintech and financial investors on strategy development, M&A advisory and market research engagements with primary focus on the North American region. 

Prior to joining Flagship, Salvatore worked on the Commercial Risk team at American Express where he developed and implemented risk strategies for commercial payments acceptance and customer notifications. Projects included developing the defer remit strategy to minimize the risk of returned payments as well as notifying customers of credit concerns to decrease the likelihood of decline at POS.

Salvatore received his bachelor’s degree in Information Science at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY.
