Stephen has supported over 35 engagements for North American and European acquirers, financial institutions, card issuers, financial sponsors, networks, technology partners and merchants, among other payments stakeholders. These engagements have ranged across M&A advisory, payments strategy, growth strategy, market research and analysis, valuation, performance benchmarking and partnership formation.

Prior to joining Flagship Advisory Partners, Stephen was a consultant in Accenture’s North American Payments Strategy practice. Stephen’s pre-Accenture experience includes M&A advisory as part of investment banking groups focused on the U.S. aerospace and defense industry.

Stephen holds Bachelor’s degrees (with Honors) in Finance and Economics from University of Maryland.
